The WEBKING 4 color perfecting printing machinery is a Common Impression Cylinder (CIC) and 20 Cylinder-configured design where the color registration does not change during the entire roll unwind period. Experience the color printing at its best, as never before, with pin point registration on both sides of the web irrespective of varying press speeds and varying web tension. The Precisely ground and hardened bearers provide constant reference surface for perfect accuracy of cylinder impression . A pin register system is built into the plate bender and is carried through into the pin register system built into the plate lock-up. The pin register assures that when installed, the plate is in proper position. In addition all plate cylinders are equipped with on-the run side register and circumferential movement for perfect colour registration. Narrow gap blanket cylinder provides larger print area. The pneumatic controls ensure ease and speed of operations and the accurate plate punching and bending system ensure utmost accuracy in pre-press operations. The unit being modular in construction, other endless possibilities of colour units in configuration of 4+2, 4+1, 2+1, 1+2 etc. are also available to meet the varied requirements.
